1-2-1 Breathwork
1-on-1 breathwork sessions are individualized sessions that are designed to help individuals improve their physical and mental well-being through the practice of breathwork. During these sessions, a trained breathwork practitioner will guide the individual through different breathing techniques and exercises to help them release tension, improve their overall health, and increase their overall well-being.

What to expect
During the session, you will be lying down in a comfortable position, with the guidance of Randeep you will be using a specific breath pattern to help you access deeper levels of consciousness. The session usually lasts for about 90 minutes and you can expect to feel a sense of relaxation and peace afterwards. No prior experience with breathwork is necessary.
